HAHA.. it's been one full year since i've updated my blog.. wow.. that's how busy i am! :P

i'm gonna summarise one year in one post............ i'm kidding! heh heh...

i'll talk about recent events..

My birthday

My baby came down from edmonton to celebrate with me.

we didnt stay in lethbridge. Instead we went up to calgary (2hrs drive).

It was sooooooo fun! Went to the mall, walked around for abit...

He brought me to the top of a hill.. overlooking downtown calgary..

B-e-a-utiful sight!

We went to have indian food at taj mahal... Man.. never go there again..

well food was alright.. but after effects.. no good..

James got tummy ache.

I got sore throat.. -.-"

We went to watch iron man! good show.. worth the money watching it.

oh oh he got me a super duper ex wallet.. omg..

love it so much cos it's my fave colour also.. woot woot! :D

Back in lethbridge, celebrated with a bunch of friends eating mango cake..

Family Vacation

Parents came over 24 May. 10 of us including relatives.

MAJOR road trip!

Vancouver

tour around downtown vancouver. got lost for like 2 hours, roaming around, and very hungry!

finally went to eat tim hortons. kinda disappointed because i was expecting some gd chinese food that night..

went to "canada place" convention centre to look at the scenic view.

the sky was pink in colour. it was gorgeous!

Next day we went to PNE playland themepark. It's something like escape themepark but mayb twice the size.

Not too many thrilling roller coasters...

One was SO scary though.. it doesnt seem scary but when u go on it.. man.. because they do not have a secure seat belt, i was almost thrown off my seat.. it's that scary..

Third day we went to metrotown shopping centre.. SHOP SHOP SHOP!

NaRuWaN!!!! hahahha.. yay taiwan! such an awesome place! LOVE the food.. the shopping.. the attractions! =D

First day.. in the airplane.. there was this huge turbulence la.. and like it went down.. den up den down again.. people were like gasping.. it was freaky.. after all that.. i actually like teared up cos i was THAT scared.. it was really scary.. i'm scared of turbulences =X then when we landed.. we straight away went to shihlin night market! ate orh ah jian... oyster omelette.. MM mm..SO good.. but kinda starchy actually.. haha tried LOTSA snacks.. and had the BIG chicken cutlet.. oh man. HUGE-ness!

went to places like taroko gorge.. up in the mountains.. they have signs everywhere saying "beware of rocks falling".. how to beware?!? when fall liao.. if too late.. also squash u le.. haha.. nice scenery of the river flowing down.. those tall mountains.. beautiful sight..

went to jiufen.. is somewhat like a night market too.. walking in this narrow pathway.. and even cars can fit in! but everyone had to be in the shops so the car can pass.. it's THAT narrow.. haha.. they are famous for their mochi and BIG stuffed meatballs.. hehe SO gd.. and guess who i saw that day.. xue yun.. HAHA! what a SMALL world.. lol.. anyways.. everytime in taiwan.. we get to eat breakfast lunch dinner.. SO filling.. ate so much during the whole trip haha..

where else did i go.. oh yes.. hmmm.. went to national palace musuem.. took pictures.. and noe more about the history of taiwan.. most of our trip was also spent in the bus.. their bus is like double decker.. first deck only for driver and luggages haha! soooo comfortable.. =) we went to shop lots too.. bought lotsa cheap clothing.. and shoes! ate lotsa local snacks again.. their accesories are SO cute.. stationeries too.. bought a few...

went to leafoo village.. it's a zoo and theme park.. havent been to a theme park for SO long.. there's like so many rides.. there's this ride.. it's a U-shaped roller coaster.. very first in asia and second largest in the world i tink.. i'm not sure.. haha.. but i took it with my cousin and whoaa... i screamed the WHOLE ride through! went up one side.. 90degrees looking down.. went up the other side.. my back's facing the ground.. so that was ok.. haha.. my legs were like shaking when i got off the ride.. but it was AWESOME! hahahhahah.. at least i've kinda still got the courage to do that.. lol i'm so thrilled right now hahaha..

well.. that's kinda my summary for the whole trip.. cant rmb if i missed out anything.. but these are the more important ones.. =) in general.. i ENJOYED myself very much.. spent time with my family.. which was great!!!! =D

what have i been doing in singapore.. good question.. lol.. i just joined annabel's campus crusade for christ.. going for the worships and discipleship groups.. knowing more bout the Lord.. knowing more frens too! evangeline's my DG leader.. good leader i must say.. =D been going to bible studies.. learnt alot.. yay!!

19th may went to celebrate mina's birthday!!! whoooo!! waited for her downstairs her block.. printed out a face of her's and used it as a mask.. watched her from behind then yaoie had to "psst" so she can hear us lol! looked behind and she started "omg" lol.. yep.. haha surprise!!! went to vivo and watch "next".. SO thrilling la.. very good show.. very unexpected ending too... hehe.. then we went to walk around vivo.. shopping is so relaxing haha.. LOVE it! didnt buy anything but window-shopping is good too.. save up some money lol.. this outing was pretty last minute too.. cos suppose to be sunday go out.. in the end sat go out lol!

then! on 23rd may.. actual mina's birthday.. went to the sushi place near the swimming pool.. whee! such good food.. haha.. den surprise her again by bringing a small black forest cake out.. lol me and belly went to pretend go get dessert.. den that blur waiter.. dunno wad to do.. kept asking us how to do.. mina there also.. wah.. he so blur haha.. anyways.. lucky mina never notice haha! then after that went starbucks and chill.. hehe

woohoooooo!!! my birthday!!! thanks daddy for booking chalet for me so that all my frens can come and celebrate my bday! =D

that day.. at coasta sands resort.. 13ppl came.. sm,yao,belly,qas,ww,ken,ben,bel,sf,jan,jacq,hui jun.. mike came after.. my sis invited 3 of her frens.. den my uncle's family came.. BIG group.. sm that day got pricked by a metal wire.. bleed lots! went to the doctor to see if she got infected.. dun worry guys.. health is more important.. u didnt ruin any moment of my bday.. we still had a blast when you guys came back! =D dad and maid made LOTS of food.. can't finish it in the end.. barbequed lotsa good food too.. THANKS! i feel so blessed that day.. having my family and friends all at the same place.. same time.. =D took lots of pictures! ate CHOCO cake! wahhahaha though they don't have dairy queen's ice cream cake here in singapore (cos that's like the BEST cake EVER!) chocolate cake would do fine.. haha..

after that we play games.. SO FUN la! haha.. alot of stupid games also.. very fun.. thanks for thinking of the games cos i have no idea what to play... at like 11plus.. annabel and sf was worried how to get home.. den scared parents scold.. yep.. anxiety filled the air HAHA.. but everything was ok den sm, belly, yao, jacq stayed for quite abit.. hehe watched tv.. open my presents.. thanks everyone for the presents!!! they are WONDERFUL! took pic of me standing like paris hilton.. geesh.. i noe i look THAT hot la lol! ok wadeva hahaha..

after that me and family stayed there till sunday evening.. whee! it has been such fun times.. yipee!

First 2 wks in S'pore (whee!!!)

Sorry!!! haven't updated my blog for SOOOO long.. months!! lol.. oh well.. here i am now...

while i was in the airplane, i actually met a fren who's also a singaporean haha! met him in calgary before.. such a coincidence! =) what a small world..

went to vivo the day after i landed.. such a BIG shopping mall.. but carrying SUCH expensive stuff.. boo.. wait till i'm rich.. i'll go for a shopping spree there hahah!! then i saw mike! so funny.. the look on his face when he saw me.. shock! =) tt was awesome.. went out wit mum to far east.. walked around.. had lunch eating jap food.. mmmm! feels great to sleep on my own bed.. haha!

next few days met qas.. chatted with him for like hours! hehe.. met sm, belly, yao.. whooo! foursome is back! I LOVE IT! hhaha having dinner together at pastamania.. walking around tm.. taking photos at the open plaza.. playing the twisting thingy.. so fun! taking neoprints.. and we're as usual.. the bunch of noisy ones.. haha! but we dont care!! lol.. met bel.. went to her house eat dinner.. met kenneth and jan.. me,bel,him,jan went out together.. go eat dinner.. then went to walk around orchard.. and we walked aimlessly everywhere.. lol.. in e end sit at starbucks there and tok.. didnt even buy drinks haha! met sue fern.. had dinner at food court haha walked around bugis.. whoo! fun times.. it's all back! love being back home!!!

OH YEA! 30 DAYS TILL I GO HOME!!! SO EXCITED!! haahhahhaa..

let's see.. just wanna update on what i did during these few weeks bah.. went to this talent show called "coffee house" IVCF club organized de.. woohoo.. SO fun.. so many gd talents.. and funny talents hehhee.. will post pics later.. now it's 2.15am and i ought to get to bed!!! i've missed so many classes cos i overslept.. dang.. haha.. wont go to details now hhahaa..

after that.. went over to keila's place for a sleepover.. watched a movie till like 2am.. haha.. and we talked for a bit.. 4 of us (me, elaine, ardis, keila) slept in the living room down at her basement.. den we talked.. then.. keila wanted to go to bed so she went back to her room.. and me, elaine, ardis talked for the WHOLE night!!! pulled an all-nighter! oh yea! 6hours straight of talking.. my throat was kinda aching after that.. whooooo.. hahaha.. but we had so many different and interesting topics that we discussed.. it just links here and there.. haha.. it was an awesome night.. den we had to leave at 8.45am the next morning cos elaine, ardy had to go for volunteering at the soup kitchen.. i want to have a sleepover again!!! hehe

the rest of my week was basically RUSHING my essay!!! dang.. shouldnt have left it for the last wk to do when i have like one whole month to do it hahaha.. bad angie.. oh well.. it's done now and i'm SO SO glad.. now.. on to other stuffs.. finally this batch of midterms are OVER.. on to finals.. starting apr 19.. QUICK eh.. haiz.. that's university for u guys.. well for me too duh haha.. but man 4months to cram 5courses is not an easy thing to do.. STRESS level goes RIGHT up!...

SLEEPOVER

BEST sleepover ever.. lol thanks elaine!

friday.. after sch, we have less than 3hours to do a ton of stuffs..starting from 3.30pm.. shop at the mall.. for an hour.. got a bunch of stuffs.. got new shoes! =D have to limit our time at the mall.. so we practically ran from shop to shop lol... went to buy food.. pack it to go.. went over to my hse.. get all my stuffs for the sleepover.. den at 6pm.. took the bus to elaine's place.. reached there at 6.40pm.. changed and get ready for the event at university.. 7pm took the bus to uni.. lol.. a VERY productive 3hours.. hahaha..

at uni.. the event is this wine and cheese gala.. it's organized by this club.. and this african organization called Ubuntu talked about their experience.. setting up a centre in Rwanda.. about genocide and stuff.. a semiformal event me, elaine and other of my frens went to.. pretty interesting.. but not many pph showed up.. a semiformal event..

went over to elaine's place.. did masks lol.. typical gals sleepover haha! we did some crazy stuffs together.. she laughed her butt off looking at me.. while i put my mask on.. and i cant laugh or else the mask will come off! lol.. made pizza, popcorn, and hot chocolate.. sat on her bed and watched "John Tucker must die"... oooo john tucker.. hottie.. lol.. someone even looks like him in my sch.. wahahhahaa.. movie ended at 3.30am.. then.. we talked till 5.30am.. and slept..

gotta wake up at 8am!.. yup.. 3 and half hours of sleep.. haha.. gotta go for alpha.. a bible study.. oh man.. cant stay up while watching the videos.. kept falling asleep.. gotta ALWAYS nudge each other.. lol.

~Winter Camp~

Long time no updates hahaha.. been SO busy.. shall update this by starting with winter camp! a summary of what i did during winter camp.. =D a few pics available when u scroll down.. for more.. click the third heart on the right hand side and click the photos link and it'll navigate u to the photos.. =D

took a "cheese wagon" (typical yellow sch bus here) up to sundre, where the camp is. 4hours long ride.. the very CRAZY side of IVCF (inter-varsity christian fellowship) club is revealed here... they're playing something like truth and dare.. 3 BIG dares..

1) lying on the ground, chest facing floor, slither like a snake.. go down the bus eating up cherries laid on the floor with mouth..
2) everyone chew gum... that person have to put all our gums together... put it in listerine first.. then chew IT for 10 times..

3) drink from a cup.. soaked with water and a dirty sock.

all this is DONE.. very daring huh! scary.. but so entertaining for those ppl who're watching.. tt's me.. lol.. audience hahaha.. yes.. so that's like the first part of our journey..
tt night.. didnt sleep till like 4am.. played UNO with elaine.. and had so much hot chocolate cos we didnt want to sleep.. haha.. became too hyper in the end..

Full of activities happened saturday.. went horseback riding.. very FIRST time.. my horse's name is genesis =D she almost tripped over two times! so jerky.. so scared i'll fall.. =X very fun.. toes and feet were FREEZING after the whole 2hours ride.. 5 degrees outside.. haha..
Had posh 80s dinner.. everyone dressed up in the yr of 80s.. it's so cool.. different funky outfits.. during dinner.. we were told that there's no more forks, knifes, spoons cos they're being washed.. (but i tink they're just keeping it.. not wanting us to have it) and instead they gave us kitchen utensils like potato masher, ladle, tongs to eat... guess wad.. spaghetti and caeser salad.. i guess this is part of the FUN in camp.. haha.. i got the tong.. so funny eating spaghetti with like a tong.. haha.. had a competition.. who eat dessert the fastest.. without using anything.. just mouth.. lol.. the dessert is cake.. messiest thing ever.. i didnt win of course.. not very good at these type of stuffs lol..

had a bonfire at night.. went out to the woods.. saw my VERY first shooting star! it's SO fast! it's amazing.. SO many stars that night.. it's just breathtaking.. walked through knee-deep snow to get through the forest.. feet and toes were freezing but the fire kept us all warm.. had a major snowball fight.. it was fun.. haha.. that night.. played games till like 2am.. haha.. too tired so went to bed..

sunday (departure day).. in the morning.. went sledding on a small hill.. 8persons on a tube! first ever record lol.. so fun! it's insane.. we were all laughing down the hill.. love toboganning! i should say that's the best of the whole camp haha..

during the whole camp, we worshipped the LORD and also had a very INTERESTING talk on sex.. some subliminal messages from pictures in magazines.. very interesting indeed.. very confused in the end too.. talked about homosexuality too.. yea.. the worship was AWESOME! sang songs like prince of peace, i will not be shaken etc..

the whole camp was just so great.. a very good experience.. had a nice bunk bed room to sleep in.. not in tents haha.. nice bathroom too.. nice kitchen and dining area.. nice lodge for the talk and worship.. it's just great.. had such a FUN time! and it's only 3days 2nights.. seems so long.. =D

today.. went bowling! haha.. and i realised there's 5pin bowling and 10pin bowling.. i have never done 5pin.. so lucky tonight's 10pin.. wahaha.. didnt do so well but wadeva! =D

went bowling with my IVCF club.. like around 40 of us in the bowling place haha.. crowded.. 6ppl on one lane.. havent bowled for SO long! lost my touch lolx... it was fun.. getting all hyper.. taking pics.. wahaha..

after that.. went to phil's house (a guy in the IVCF club).. to hang out.. like ALL of us.. almost.. i became piggy and ate LOTSA junk he had.. well he left it out there for us all! so tempting la lolx.. so all e work out i did was like a waste la hahaha.. we played games.. played taboo.. and tabloid teaser.. that game is fun! ok.. so here's how it is.. someone will read the tabloid.. and u have to fill in the blank.. so for e.g. Old lady went to court for _____. so everyone has the piece of paper and they write their own answers.. the person who read the tabloid.. has to read out all e answers.. and we have to vote which makes most sense.. and there's the REAL answer hidden.. so have to sorta guess and choose which is the real one haha.. so for that question.. there's ppl who wrote like.. "Old lady went to court for throwing sewing machines at people." lol.. funny to here some ppl's answers haha! hilarious!

gotta work tmr.. if not.. i can stay longer! GRR.. but nvm.. gotta earn some money.. parents dun wan send le.. muz get student loan.. anyways.. that's my story for tonight.. lol.. gtg to bed! adios....

FIRST x'mas and new yr in CANADA

ah... first x'mas and new yr in another country... feels great... but kinda funny... being without my family and all.. sucks.. haha.. anyways.. i'm sure u'd like to noe how i spent these occasions.. here goes haha..

after exams (WHEE!) went to calgary for a week.. ATE like a pig... cos the chinese food there.. just awesome.. here in lethbridge.. boring! so yes.. i have grown fatter.. yikes! hey it's the season! i'll work out after that haha.. so i havent got any frens in calgary.. i just tagged behind my cousin while she goes around visiting her friends.. eating dinner with em blabla.. by now.. i tink i've already met practically most of her frens haha..

christmas eve.. stayed at home and have a sorta family dinner.. my cousin and her brother (who already has his own family) and his in-laws were there.. and they invited another family over.. their son's my age.. =) so we talked haha... that was a great night.. christmas day.. only went for dinner with cousin's fren's family.. yup that's it.. oh but BOXING day.. i went SHOPPING... i tink i spent like over $100 bucks tt day.. hey man there's some gd deals! line up were long though.. and some stores.. had to close their doors and let ppl in one at a time.. so imagine.. one long line up outside the store.. it was insane.. went there bright and early at 8am.. and stopped shopping at like 5pm wahhahaa! ok.. insane.. i noe.. hehehe..

on the 27th.. i learnt snowboarding!! it's SO hard though.. man.. i keep falling on my butt.. and knees.. PAINFUL!!! but it was a great experience.. i finally noe how to go right.. go left.. go on toes and heels.. big achievement for first timers.. hahhaa.. luckily it wasnt like -20degrees ousite.. it's only like -5degrees and snowing.. not too bad.. and i'm even like perspiring.. cos i'm trying so hard haha! it was soso great hehehe..

new year's eve.. boring day.. nothing to do.. just went to church.. lunch.. dinner.. and went to cousin's fren's hse.. watch movie.. and man i wanna go to party and see fireworks.. yea.. i just countdown myself.. and watched "mrs. doubtfire" on tv.. lolx..

so yes.. that's basically wad i did during my trip to calgary.. just eat sleep shop haha!

HECTIC

Man! wooo... it's been SO long since i updated my blog.. teehehe.. finally eh.. haha.. sorry guys.. hahaha.. u noe.. i'm SO SO busy.. socializing.. soing hw.. studying for LOTS of midterms.. grr..

life has been pretty gd.. except for some stressful moments where i had to stay up till 3am to study finish what i had to study.. yea.. haha it's insane i tell ya!! 2 months of this semester have passed.. and there's only two weeks left till exams! and my teachers haven't finish teaching the syllabus.. hello.. we're suppose to be already revising! uni life is so hectic.. and crazy.. and busy.. and whateva.. it's a nice place to meet new ppl.. but.. in studying wise.. no way is it gd.. lolx..

this semester my class schedule is so sucky.. and courses not gd too.. profs teaching these courses are not gd either.. chem.. interesting concepts, boring teacher.... comp. sci. TOUGH (mina.. u know wad i mean haha).. econ.. okok la.. lotsa GRAPHS i need to noe.. -.- and last but not least.. soci.. boring teacher and lotsa theories.. -.-

well.. i'll just update you guys with what's going on.. i'm gonna take kickboxing next semester haha! paid for it myself! man.. it's alot of money.. -.- sacrifice my pay.. boohoo.. and i'm planning to volunteer at a hospital next semester too.. but i don't know what i wanna do.. should i play with the kids? (in pediatrics department) or should i visit patients, fill their jugs with water... i dunno! but i'm doing this.. because.. i want to know how's it's like working in a hospital.. and just interact with patients and stuff.. it'd be fun i hope.. this will spice up my resume for future jobs!.. muahaha! and also.. IF i'm planning to go into pharmacy.. having volunteered in a hospital would be a great thing haha..i'm also gonna learn driving next semester! whooooo! man i'm kinda scared hahaha! but it'd be great.. hehe.. quickly get my license.. get a car.. haha.. actually i'm in no rush la hahaha.. it's gonna be a very busy spring semester.. whoosh..

anyways.. i gtg to bed.. it's like 2am.. did my stupid comp. sci. assignment just now.. grr.. always spend so much time on it.. C++ programming is insane haha.. gdnight!

guess wad happen today... today's friday.. i have class at 11am..2nd day of chem class.. and when i woke up.. the time is 11.50am!!!! gosh.. terrible har.. missing the 2nd day of chem class.. lucky got a fren in there or else i cant copy any notes.. and the profs dun care if u come to lecture or not.. cos they cant possibly keep taking attendance for 60-80 students.. so i MUZ slp early and wake up early!!! full stop

after school i went to my friend's house.. kendell and steph are living together.. beth and me went to their hse and had dinner and watch a movie.. omg.. our dinner preparation was so funny hahaha.. cos they just moved in so they dun have much food.. so we ate pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns for dinner lolx! basically it's a breakfast ahhahah! our pancakes are like burnt and some are not rly cooked lolx! and some are not perfectly round.. they;re like broken pieces lolx! some i made em.. and one of the broken ones is the one i made lolx!! so funny.. hehe.. den the bacon was good.. and hashbrown was ok too.. so dinner's not so bad.. haha so we watched a movie on a computer.. cos they dun have a dvd player lolx.. so yea.. we sat on steph's bed and watch the movie.. it was fun.. i took only a few pics.. apparently they dun seem to like taking pics.. lolx i had to force em hahaha! well that's it!

FiRsT dAy Of ClAsS

ok.. first day of classes.. my schedule's like class/1 hour break/class/1hour break/class den go home.. this is every mon,wed,fri.. tues thurs diff cos i have like labs, tutorials etc.. so yes hahhhaa.. so i always have like an hour break.. muz make full use of the hour u noe hahaha.. ok.. so first class was chem.. prof's ok.. i met another gal named patricia in my class.. she's rly swt... so yea.. now she's my chem buddy hahaha.. so yea.. my class lecture is.. well probably like 60-80 students..

next class was sociology class.. man tt class IS HUGE! 250 students in a class which can fill 300 students.. so yea.. the lecture hall is big.. tt's the only biggest class we have in this university.. sociology prof is so funny.. she's like so hyper.. u noe always walking here and there.. asking questions etc.. love her class.. i bet the course is gonna be interesting.. it's learning bout the society.. ppl's culture and the way they behave etc.. haha so yea..

last class.. computer science.. the course is rly interesting man.. like i'm learning C++ programming.. and they have like codes and such.. teach u how to program stuff etc.. but i'm not yet there.. hahaa not yet learn anything.. next wk.. officially learn stuff haha.. but programming stuff is at a later stage of the course.. so yea.. and the teacher's so odd.. she doesnt even noe how to on the com when she's a comp. sci. prof.. i'm like.. how can u teach us! den i heard from some of my fren's she;s not rly good.. she's rly fidgety too..i dunno y.. she's like nervous or sth.. so weird.. like she came in to the class wearing like t-shirt.. and just jeans.. and she's not rly tall la.. she carries a huge backpack.. kinda nerdy actually lolx.. and when she walk in i thot she's a student!! den when she stand at the desk i was like ok.. not student hahaha.. man i dunno how i'm gonna survive with her..haizz...

so i bought my textbooks.. i reserved em earlier.. and i requested them to reserve me used tb too.. but there's only two that are used.. so i paid like CAD$555! insane rite!! altogether i bought 6 tb.. chem and comp. sci. tb each cost like $150 bucks and they're so thick.. man.. i HAVE to sell em away when i'm done wit the course.. i'll post pics of my tb lolx..

today's new students orientation! for university.. i'm so excited! hahaha.. i saw some of my high sch frens there.. so i just hang out with em.. had lunch there.. they have a lunch.. which consists of raw veggies (which is not cooked.. they're just washed) den put into ranch dressing (a kind of salad sauce).. and lotsa diff types of ham.. diff types of cheese.. and fruits.. it's a very light lunch.. which is good.. i dun wanna eat too heavy lunch hahaha.. so yea.. after that there's a speech by the president of the school.. that was sooo boring.. yawn hahaha

ok.. then they break us up.. break us up into different majors u're in.. there's like pshychology major, kinesiology major, pre-med major, pre-engineering major etc.. so i'm a general science major.. but they didnt call that!! so in the end of everything.. my high school friends were like not wanting to find their own major.. like they're also general major in stuff.. so they'd rather go themselves and find their own classes.. but i dun wan too.. i find that so boring.. and i dun RLY noe em well.. u noe.. so yea.. i said i'll go first.. so instead i went up to the stage and ask someone where i should go.. den i met this girl called bethany.. she's also in general science.. and she's like "are u in general science too???" so i'm like yea.. den we just started toking from there.. haha.. den we in the end went to chemistry major group.. so yea.. we just toked.. and she's now my new fren! in chem major gp.. the prof is so cool!!! he made ice cream for us! oh wow.. on the spot man! he put in all the ingredients which is like sugar, vanilla extract.. choco syrup [LOTS] den basic stuff i guess.. den mix everything together.. but it's not frozen yet rite.. so he used liquid nitrogen pour on top of it.. oh wow.. it became like water vapour (just like dryice) and the ice cream become frozen after that! and he even brought like cones for us lolx.. so we each had an ice cream cone.. hahah cool rite! wah delicious but SO fattening i tell ya..

after that i met bethany's two other friends.. from her high school.. their names are kendell and stephanie.. they're cool ppl.. christians too.. =) so yea.. the whole day i hung out wit em.. we had a bbq after the whole thing.. and it was fun! hehe.. we exchanged email and keep in touch so we can see each other during sch and stuff.. so yea.. i met 3 new frens during orientation.. =)

ok so last weekend went calgary.. it's another city which is like 2hours drive from lethbridge (city where i'm living just in case u dunno haha)... my cousin has frens there and blabla.. so we met up.. eat dinner hang out.. u noe.. chat.. cos we only go there once a month so my cousin and them tok bout stuffs to keep updated u noe.. haha yea.. and i'm just like a dog.. following here everywhere lolx.. but my cousin's frens noe me already.. they treat me as their fren too haha so tt's cool..

oh man.. i went calgary this time.. EAT SO MUCH! haiz.. i noe i'm growing fat le.. cos like my clothings feel tighter and stuff haiz.. it's like i seldom go calgary and they have rly gd chinese food where u dun get it in lethbridge.. so i HAD to eat em rite! and they're soooo good... honestly.. my dad say he's gonna give me like this vitamin thingy where it will cease ur appetite.. so u wont always feel hungry and wont always feel like munching stuff.. i so want tt stuff from dad... haiz.. i'm so fat! -.-"

ok well.. besides just eating food.. i went calaway park which is like a theme park.. and they have roller coaster etc.. but the roller coaster is kinda small.. like it's small compared to the bigger and more exciting ones i've taken b4. so it's like no big deal.. there's lotsa rides.. and this theme park's like in stone age.. u noe.. flinstone type.. where it's all made out of colourful stones.. well they make it in a way that it's like that.. u can see it in the pictures i took.. in my photo website.. i went wit my cousin only and she's like easily dizzy.. so we didnt take many rides that day haha.. and we also spent most of our time lining up going on the rides.. it's pretty crowded cos it's a long weekend.. so yes.. then i wanna SO play this game where u throw the ring and when the ring is around a bottle.. den u can get a HUGE soft toy! well tt was eaasy!! my cousin's told me to play at the end so we dun have to carry the toy around.. but like when we're going home.. there's no more toy left!!! i was like so upset! i can use that toy as my chair la lolx.. like i can sit on it and watch tv.. haiyo!! sad lor haha.. next time i say... next time!!! den after that we just go for dinner and den go back to where we stay..

next day went to church.. i love that church.. it's the church where my cousin went when she was really young. it's called south evangelical free church or something like that... like after the service.. many ppl will just hang out in the room and just chat to ppl.. say how's stuff.. and ask how ppl are doing.. u noe get updated with wad;s going on in their lives.. some ppl (whom my cousin already introduced me to) rmb me cos i usually follow my cousin and they noe.. so they'll just come up to me and tok to me.. ask how r u.. etc etc.. i like that feeling u noe.. tt feeling tt u belong to the church and that ppl care.. u noe.. and this church is sorta like all chinese.. but i go to the english service so there's more ppl who have lived in canada for yrs.. so yea.. it was cool! love it..

monday we went to visit my cousin's fren's newborn son.. whose name is riley.. nice name eh?! hehehe.. i hold him in my arms too! they let me hold him.. he's so cute hahahaha.. they took a pic of me holding him but they haven send it to my cousin yet so i dunno when i can get it hahaha... but yea.. so cool! den tt's it! going back home.. getting ready for new students orientation next day.. haha..

actually i purposely put this date cos it happened at that date.. hahaha.. i just didnt have time to write it that day.. so today is sept 11 but i'm toking bout aug 30th lolx.. so here goes..

today's like a crazy crazy day.. well only at work.. it;s still back to school.. so it's like crazy busy and many ppl are coming.. buying more school supplies and stuff... and like we have 6 cashier tills.. that day.. in the afternoon.. suddenly 5 cashier till froze!!! like the computer suddenly froze and doesnt work! not literally freeze like brrrr la.. sheesh lolx.. but yea.. like hang.. den there was like this HUGE line up which nv ever happened b4.. it was crazy.. customer's are frustrated.. and here.. they're not used to line ups.. u noe.. cos singapore it's like crowded.. many ppl.. etc.. here.. few ppl.. fast and efficient.. they're probably not used to lining up or something like that.. so they looked frustrated! lolx.. den the managers were like so frantic.. calling the headquarters.. asking for help etc.. hahaha.. wow.. crazy man.. hahah..

went to waterton park.. where there are mountains and wow.. nice sceneries... actually we went to another town first.. cardston..to visit my cousin's fren who's teaching oil and gas course there for 2wks.. waterton park is 45minutes ride from carston.. so we went waterton park along with my cousin's fren's wife.. haha.. like driving into waterton.. u can even see the mountains already... like from faraway.. and there's mountains in front of u.. wow amazing.. and i'm really obsessed with like the sky lolx.. the clouds.. so i'll be like omg nice clouds!! hahaa.. cos u can never see them in singapore..well u could probably but most of the time covered by high rise buildings.. yea..

so we reached waterton park and omg! the lake.. the mountains... it's just such a nice view.. it's like wow.. looks fake but it's so so real.. looks like a painting.. took lotsa pictures.. u can go under my profile.. and see my link.. den it's like the water's so clear.. u can even see like the plant tt's in the water.. it's amazing.. just marvellous.. lost at words lolx.. then it was such a hot day.. i wanted ice cream! good timing for ice cream u noe hahaha.. my cousin got tempted and she got one for herself too.. lolx it's like such a big scoop!! i chose "Mr. Big" flavour.. actually mr.big is a type of chocolate bar.. but they have it as a flavour.. so interesting so i tried it.. whoa! it's like chocolate vanilla caramel and nuts.. all my faves.. =X see.. that's y i become fat.. =( haha..

we went back to cardston and had dinner together.. 4 of us.. at a pizza place.. haiz.. see.. it's bad to be here.. cos there's not much u can eat outside but junk food.. -.-" but it's good though! and i had a milkshake.. ARGH.. now i'm feeling guilty.. haha muz do more exercise le..wait i come back u all dun recognise me lolx.. so came home at bout 9.30pm and went to do a QUICK grocery shopping.. just the essentials cos 10pm grocery place close hahahha.. so yes.. so tired that day.. hehe that's all!

woohooo~! last saturday i went to carnival.. it's so exactly like the ones in the movies.. haha they have ferris wheel.. all types of games where u can win like a HUGE soft toy.. and it's really huge la.. like till my ht lor.. and of cos.. there's lots of junk food.. =X there's mini dougnuts, ice cream, pizza, corn dog, popcorn, cotton candy.. u can name more junk food lolx.. the only thing that's NOT junk food i tink is corn cob.. lolx..

so i went to this whoop-up carnival at bout 6pm bah.. walked around.. take pictures.. had a nut caramel coated apple! omg! so good la... lolx first time eat.. only can find in carnivals and stuff.. hehe.. only this time.. and it's so ex.. $3.50 one apple.. =X after this we went to see rodeo! first time seeing too hahaa.. so every one on that field was wearing cowboy hats etc.. look like cowboys! there's bare-back riding.. that's riding on a bare back of a horse.. without a saddle.. den the horse will like buck.. u noe like those bulls.. so wild.. den keep making the person riding on it fall off.. haha.. it was kinda scary.. but rly interesting.. there's like cow penning.. trying to put a certain number of cows into the pen.. at a period of time.. the cows very funny la.. like very stupid like that.. just stand there do nothing hahaha.. den there's bull riding too.. there's quite a lot of events.. cant rly rmb exactly.. but these are roughly some of them..

after that.. we just walked around the carnival again.. to walk off all the fat we ate lolx.. i tried playing a game.. they say have to score 300 to get the HUGE toy.. and 300 points is like FULL marks le.. i only got 90.. -.-" cant even get anything.. lolx.. and somemore each game $1.. haiyo.. no $$ la.. lolx.. den i ate mini doughnut.. orh.. so nice wor!

after that.. there's like this show.. hypnotism.. this guy is hypnotizing volunteers.. and i didnt rly see carefully cos so crowded! i'm like at the very end of the corner.. can barely see anything.. lolx.. but this guy like snap his fingers.. den they'll like follow wad he say.. ask to dance.. they dance like crazy.. ask them shake.. some shake until drop off the chair.. doesnt look real.. but my cousin say is real wor.. dunno leh.. like cant believe he can just enter ppl's mind and do such stuff.. haha

we then went to sit down at where we sat during rodeo.. waiting for fireworks.. den there got this HUGE bug la! dunno what it's called.. so ugly looking and can fly! at first look like cockroach.. but when u take a closer look.. it looks so different.. has longer legs.. eew! omg.. i was so freaked out.. me and my cousin keep changing seats.. lolx.. den finally we found a seat where there's no bugs.. phew... but i was still so scared.. i was wearing jacket.. den i zip the jacket all the way up.. scared bugs will come in or something lolx.. den my legs dun dare touch the floor too lolx.. so i put my legs on another chair.. haha! the fireworks suppose to come at 11pm! but in e end came at like 11.45pm.. but it was AMAZING.. we had such good seat.. we just saw EVERYTHING.. it's so cool.. there's like this firework where it shoots up in a spiral way.. wow.. too bad my stupid camera no batt.. or else i'll take lotsa pics le.. -.-"

so that was some experience hehe.. it was rly fun.. and it only come once a yr.. i didnt get to ride the rides.. cos admission's like $35 and one ride can go up to $6.. insane rite! so miss out on the rides.. but not many rides either.. mostly for kids..

last two days never upload.. cos busy watching the "ai qing he yue" lolx! finally watch finish.. but in e end.. dun understand the finale.. -.-" very confusing haha.. well i tink i'm gonna start watching "it started with a kiss" lolx.. muz watch now or else.. sch starts.. definitely no time le.. cos need to revise everyday.. uni life would be so hectic i tell ya..

thursday i went to work.. i was blur la.. like i haven wake up or sth.. keep making so many mistakes.. and there's like so many customers.. argh.. tt day was a really bad day.. haha and like at the end of my shift.. 9pm closing.. this customer bought like a labtop.. printer.. and sch supplies. and total coming up to 1000++ den her visa card is declined! den she give me cheque.. also cannot process.. den my manager had to call up and ask for authorization.. omg.. suppose to leave the store like 9.15pm.. end up leaving at 9.40pm.. haiyo..

yesterday.. i'm a lazy piggy.. haha woke up at noon.. eek! yah.. den afternoon walked for bout 1 and a half hour to the mall.. and grocery store.. buy some bread etc.. den me and my cousin had dinner at an indian couple's house.. they're really sweet! like they treat us so nice.. they're grandparents so bout in their 60s.. when my cousin was away.. they invite me to their house.. and that time i studied there. and they gave me like cookies and juice while i'm studying.. so nice of em! really cool couples.. and very strong christians.. they're our bible study leaders.. for every thursday haha.. i tink yest is the 2nd time they ask us to come for dinner.. and she cook awesome indian dishes! mmm yummy! hehehe.. thank GOD for putting them into our lives.. =)

well i gtg to work.. it's now 8.30am here.. and work starts at 9am.. haha today i'm gonna go to the whoop up carnival.. woohoo.. will update on it later with pictures.. =D

went to the whoop-up parade this morning.. took lotsa pics.. will show u in a bit haha. this whoop-up is like a carnival.. have ferris wheel, rides, junk food, etc.. lolx.. but this is the parade.. not the fair.. i'm going to the fair this sat.. hehehe... go there see see.. eat junk food.. i guess.. lolx..

went to work today.. 12pm-8.30pm.. long shift eh.. haha.. but lucky next two days only work 5hours each.. hehehe.. i just realize that my summer sch fren got the job at my place! and she's working as cashier too! woohoo.. excited! hehehe.. get to see her tmr.. only for half hour.. cos her shifts end when i start.. so yes.. =(

after work went starbucks and meet up with my cousin and her fren.. and i bought again.. that java chip frapucinno.. (i noe! i'm guilty ok!) den we talked.. talked till the starbucks ppl chase us out (politely la lolx) yes.. hahaha.. we talked bout our plans for the next few months.. we decided to continue our games night where we could invite new ppl.. hang out.. play card games (not poker.. there's more interesting card games than poker).. and just chill. chat.. we've been doing that last few months too! and it was SO fun.. get to laugh and not be stressed with so much schoolwork.. it'd be great.. i cant wait!

this sept going into university.. pretty excited.. but rly intimidated.. cos everyone's like older than u are.. and i have no confidence with meeting new ppl.. i'm just scared i cant find suitable frens to be with.. i'm just so afraid.. but i'll pray and ask GOD to help me.. help me find the right ones.. like how he had shown me shivani and carol (my two best frens in my previous high sch here)... and like university.. lectures and tutorials.. so many students.. i tink 100++ in a big room.. so much harder to make frens.. so i dunno.. i'm just rly rly afraid i'd be as lonely as i was during high sch first few wks.. that was such a painful time i went thru.. sometimes i cried at night.. i dun wan that to happen again..

went to do an eye exam today.. put like a drop of anasthetic on my eye.. and erm two drops of dunno wad thing.. to dilate my pupils.. man i rly feel numb after that.. this is to check if got any eye disease anot lolx.. annual check up.. u noe.. like u go to doctors.. but this time it's for the eye! =P so my near vision was like ultra blurry for few hours.. lolx.. have to put the object at a certain distance den i can see clearly lolx.. lucky i didnt have to work till 5pm.. wahaha.. so got time to RECOVER my vision lolx.. yes so that's that.. nth much..

oh ya! i went to the mall b4 that eye vision.. did i mention that this women clothing store just opened.. called "garage" sell like clothing apparel for teens (ladies) so i went in.. and lolx.. bought myself a top.. hahah.. totally in love with it at first sight.. and felt so guilty cos spend so much.. i'm so gonna do this once in a blue moon.. lolx.. it's like a long sleeve top.. haha (good for autumn k!) which cost CAD$28 which is S$40.. eek! I KNOW! expensive haha.. well.. i work so much.. need pamper myself (ok just this once) lolx! wah.. i'm sure going for a shopping spree when i go back to singapore.. hahaha..

for those who are eating right now.. DO NOT read this post! it contains ugly and disgusting materials.. lolx!! I'M KIDDING! haha.. well the first part that i'm gonna say is considered disgusting hehe.. my bathtub sink clogged up.. lolx.. so me and my cousin had to clean it up.. we used a screwdriver to dig the STUFFS inside... we even used torchlight to see clearly! lolx.. it was like brownish colour.. with lotsa hair and brown stuff stuck to it.. URGH! i'm even feeling nauseous right now.. haha.. we had to like pull the hair etc out.. lolx.. so funny.. hehehe..

kk dun worry. it's not disgusting now.. haha.. well.. didnt rly do much today actually.. went to work again.. as usual.. nothing "interesting" happen that will make me write it in here.. haha.. so yea.. boring..

haha.. u can see how bored i am.. i'm putting two posts in a day! hahaa.. well.. i just came back from starbucks with my cousin and fren.. we had a rly DEEP conversation bout lotsa stuff.. i bought java chip frapucinno (good stuff ppl! should try! -.-" like i'm advertising eh.. hehehe..) and we just sat down.. from 7pm to 10pm.. wow.. 3hours.. amazing har..

my cousin just came back from europe.. so she's toking bout like how europeans led their lifestyle and etc.. the way it works.. the way catholics think.. and like all the stuffs about christianity.. it's amusing and rly different the way catholics and christians think.. she had like a tour guide mentioning bout stuffs when she's in the rooms and those chapels etc.. there's a place where it's like a bedroom.. and the bed's frame is like put together with ropes intertwined... (dunno if there's such word) so when u slp.. it'll slack rite.. so u have to tighten the ropes.. and that;s where "sleep tight" comes from! amazing rite! and there's more she mentioned.. cant rly rmb.. but this is the history of idioms hahaa

and our conversation lead to another discussion.. ppl getting cancer in such an early age.. this 10yr old gal from my cousin's church in another town.. passed away from brain cancer.. 10 yr old! and she mentions how strong she is and when she went for a brain surgery when she's 7yrs old.. her father ask her.. "are u scared?" and she replied "no daddy, cos JESUS is holding my hand".. she's 7yrs old! so i tink she really saw him.. omg.. when my cousin said that.. tears well up in my eyes.. it's just so touching.. and actually her dad's not a believer.. so when he heard wad she said.. his life took a turn.. and when i heard that.. i was like.. i can now see how amazing GOD is.. and i realize.. it's only when a crisis happens.. and u start to grow stronger in faith.. it's just so amazing what GOD can do.. i haven rly been reading the bible lately.. i keep telling myself i should.. but i always delay it.. and i noe i ought not to do that..

yea.. so we talked ALOT during these 3hours.. we're gonna hang out again at another coffee place someday haha.. and just chill hang out.. relax.. u noe.. yea.. oh! and we're the last customers to leave starbucks (they close at 10pm) so they gave us their own baked granola bars to let us try! hehe.. nice ppl.. lolx..

ARGH!!!! so darn tired!!! had such a bad.. hard.. tough.. difficult.. tiring day at work.. starting of the day was like ok. everything went fine.. got few customers who are really friendly.. they'll really just tok to u.. and yah.. like that..

when my shift's about the end.. tt's where my day begins to become a "bad" day.. this guy customer bought like 4items.. and i only rang in 2.. so he came up to me.. (he doesnt rly speak gd eng) and showed it to me.. so i'm like "oh i'm so sorry.. i didnt see that" den i just like smiled.. sorta make a laugh sound.. very softly.. and he's like practically shooting back at me.."this is no laughing matter.. no joke"(he actually said more than this.. i just cant remember" and i'm like "i'm sorry.. sorry" i was like thinking.. i just laughed softly at my mistake.. and i said sorry the first time.. wad u want wit me! damn.. some ppl.. i'm like so angry la.. and in the end he still like say politely.. thank u etc.. i was like yea wadeva man.. shoo..

then there's this co-worker of mine.. she doesnt seem to like me i suppose.. dunno y.. mayb cos.. there's this time.. where someone called and ask for her and i'm like "who?" cos at that time i'm still not familiar wit everyone and i kinda forgotten their names.. so i paged for her.. and after a while she came up to me.. "was it u who paged for me.. this customer gave me a hard time and she also said that u didnt noe who i was." and i'm like sorry... and from then onshe seems to like snap at me.. and i dunno la! just so annoying.. i hate it when she's with me during my shift..

one of my other co-worker (she's in charge of cashier stuff) keeps watching me.. to see if i sell "extended service plans" and stuff.. i feel so pressurized when i'm working wit her too.. i tink working night shifts are the best.. argh!!!!!!! this sucks! i dun feel like working here anymore! sobx.. haiz.. someone help.. -.-"

today.. do nothing much.. haha cant seem to get like that music thingy going on my blog.. took the whole morning for me to work on it.. argh! and afternoon.. watched a movie "sense and sensibility".. it was good.. but "pride and prejudice" betta lolx.. this is jane austen's books.. haha

was like 5 mins late for work.. =X work was boring! but now.. it's like "back to school" so lotsa parents bought their kids so many school supplies.. and i had to like ring thru so many stuffs.. lolx.. here how it works is.. every sch and every grade has a list of sch supplies they need.. like binder.. how many files etc.. so.. this mum came thru my till.. and she's with like a FULL load of stuff in her cart.. i tink it might even overflow if she put more lolx.. and i dunno HOW many kids she have.. probably like 7 or so.. she bought 7 binders! insane.. and the receipt list was SOOOO long.. i tink took me probably like 15min to ring her thru.. and worse thing is.. there's like mail-in rebate which prints off (together wit receipt) for the binders.. so there's 5binders which has that mail-in rebate thingy.. i was like standing there.. waiting till all the stuff print out.. lolx... yea.. so funny haha..

well i was the only cashier closing today.. and with other sales associates of mine.. so when there's no customers.. sometimes they'll like come to customer service (which is where my till is) and we'll all just chat and laugh.. hehe love these moments.. bonding time.. lolx.. den sometimes we'll complain bout some customers.. lolx.. yea.. so i got off at like 9.30pm.. walk home.. one of my co-worker happens to walk home too.. and we walk sorta the same route.. so we just chatted.. and he mentioned he's 19.. and married! isnt tt insane! well.. probably not insane here in canada hahaha.. but yea.. dunno if he's bluffing me or wad.. he looks like he's in his 20s! and he thot i'm in my 20s.. -.-" i'm 17 hello! sheesh.. do i look old!? lolx.. uh-oh.. =X

that's basically my day..and i'm working again tmr.. (-.-) but going to starbucks with my cousin and one of her fren (whom i also noe so can say she's my fren too lolx) and just chill and chat.. =D

This is my FIRST post! so excited! (other side of angie: gee.. wad so exciting bout it.. -.-") lolx.. kk i'll stop crapping hehe..

today's singapore's national day (to me).. but actually it's yest.. lolx cos canada's time is one day slower! hahaa.. and i've got chem exam.. -.-" SO GLAD it's OVER now! woohoo!

screw up so badly on the part 1 of the exam.. most of my classmates got like the same ans.. and i honestly didnt noe how to do the questions! so screwed!

part 2 was ok.. know most of the questions.. pretty straightforward.. which is good haha

there's like a 3hour break in b/w part 1 and part 2 paper.. me and some of my classmates (3 of em) were like.. "what r we gonna do!"

we like stand in the hallway.. and chat bout the exam.. den we're like "we cant do this for 3hours!" hahhaa.. so we decided to go bowling.. but bowling alley CLOSE! darn.. what a good timing haha.. so instead we went boston pizza.. 2guys and 2gals (include me).. so i had a salad.. and u noe.. american food portion are HUGE! haha.. even salad.. didnt manage to finish it.. =X hehe.. yep.. we went back to school and there's still some time left so we just sit in the hallway and study again haha.. so bored la.. -.-"

FiNaLLy.. Chem's over! woohoo! it's holidays for me! well not really actually cos i still have to work.. haiz..being cashier can be tough sometimes man.. but.. for the sake of earning money.. i'll bear with it..

i'm probably gonna watch a movie later.. (again) lolx.. yea.. borrowed SO many from the library! it's free.. so y not hahaha.. but not new dvds of cos..

gonna go grocery shopping later.. and buy ingredients for making sushi! hahaha.. yes.. me and my cousin will be making sushi later.. woohoo!
